 Weight-Loss Disclaimer Weight loss should not be considered typical. In a study performed in 2012 by University of Illinois at Chicago researchers, subjects lost an average of 9 pounds with an average of 2 pounds of the loss from visceral fat after 30 days on an Isagenix system. The subjects also had a greater level of adherence and had more consistent weight loss from week to week compared to subjects on a traditional diet.  

 I have been puzzling for many years about how to maintain a high level of nutrition and therefore, very good health during the weeks, months, and possibly even years that I will be riding and/or driving horses on the trails, roadways and small highways of the North American Continent for Peace. When I learned about the high quality and the large variety of health support products that Isagenix has available, I almost immediately realized their potential value to and for my health during this Journey on Horseback. I say "almost" because I had not yet begun to use the products until after I joined the company on July 1, 2018.

   
 My first delivery of the Weight Wellness 30-Day package happened on July 5, 2018. I created a special place in my kitchen on a small table for all my Isagenix products on July 6th. On this day I also had a friend take the four "Before" photos necessary to enter the IsaBody Challenge. I decorated this Isagenix table like an altar to health with live flowers, a red-checkered table cloth, some new red dishes and containers, and some nature objects that I change around. I began using the products on July 8th and entered the IsaBody Challenge on July 9th. The small-time lag in beginning was because I was having a difficult time preparing my "Before" photos so that they would upload into the contest information. BUT SUCCESS HAS HAPPENED, and I am now finishing my third month in the contest. It lasts for 16 weeks. I will be finishing on October 26, 2018, and new contests begin periodically. I need to release many more pounds so that I will not be a burden to my “soon to own” horse's back or my own back! As well as a hundred other good reasons to continue my exercise and my weight loss routines and permanently release all those extra pounds while increasing my fitness level! 

 Regarding using Isagenix products during "The Sacred Hoop Journey: A Peace Mission on Horseback", for example, the dairy free version of the powder for shakes that I use comes in individual serving packets that are compact, waterproof, open easily and need only to be shaken with water for a highly nutritious and protein packed drink. These packets could easily be carried in a pocket or in saddle bags.   

 I am on my way/weigh, in more ways/weighs than one. :) For the first time since 2011, I can walk fairly, for me, long distances (a block) without my walker and sometimes without my walking staff. Note: Encouraged by the support staff and materials of Isagenix, I have also been doing the exercise thing at a local gym. My physical progress has accelerated greatly since the first part of July 2018. In addition to my physical strength improving so that I can walk unassisted at times, and the 20-pound weight loss, I have also experienced a remarkable improvement in my mental energy and what I will call "my motivational energy". Me achieving longtime goals, finishing old and starting new projects, expressing my creativity in new and almost forgotten ways plus an upsurge in memory and mental activity has been a huge bonus in the past three months. And I didn't even have problems in these areas before, so now I have MORE GOOD ON TOP OF GOOD. I am so thankful for the Isagenix opportunity in my Life. 

 Another product that I feel is being immensely helpful is the Cleanse "juice" plus the idea of doing cleanse days. I had been eating a lot of unhealthy foods, and I believed that my body, was quite jammed up with impurities. It doesn't feel that way anymore after only using the total Weight Wellness packet since July 8, 2018.  Actually, I noticed a big improvement in my feelings of wellness by the 4th day. Truly Amazing! Note: Though these have been my experiences, yours may be quite different.
